How do you use a Voltmeter ? an Ammeter ? and an Ohmmeter ?

There are different ways of using the Voltmeter, Ammeter and Ohmmeter.
(a) Voltmeter - connect in parallel to a closed circuit and switch to voltmeter mode (DC)
(b) Ammeter - connect in series to a closed circuit and switch to ammeter mode
(c) Ohmmeter - just connect the device to the 2 ends of the probes and switch to Ohmmeter mode
(d) Electromotive force (Battery's voltage) - just connect the battery to the 2 ends of the probes and switch to Voltage mode (DC)

What can you conclude about the nature of the voltmeter, ammeter and the ohmmeter?

What does the following terms mean ?
(a) 200
(b) 200m
(c) 2000K
(d) 2000 micro

Set the multimeter to 10A channel. What does it mean ?
What additional steps must you do when you are setting the channel to 10A ?

What other considerations must you take note when you are using the multimeter ?
